We’ve already launched a new Mobile Banking app which members tell us they love. It’s available for both Apple and Android devices.
In early December, we’re launching a new and improved Online Banking and Bill Pay that’s easier to use, more powerful and more secure.
We’re working hard to ensure this transition process goes smoothly and with a minimum of service disruptions for you. We do want to share these key dates with you now:
Last day to enroll in Online Banking or Mobile Banking. After this date, you will have to wait until December 3 to enroll.
Last day to download your Online Banking account history and cancelled checks (this information will not be transferred to the new system.) Also, last day to download current Bill Payment payees, scheduled payment, and payment history.
NOVEMBER 30 — DECEMBER 2
Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay will be unavailable on these dates. Your ATM, Debit and Credit Cards will not be affected during this time.
All-new Online Banking and Bill Pay debuts.
