What you need to know

Our new Virtual Branch is ready for you to use.

Existing Online Banking Users

If you are an existing online banking user, please use the following to log in to Virtual Branch:

  • LOGON ID is your Primary Member Number (the one you used previously for online banking login)
    • Your Logon ID must contain at least 6 digits.

    • If your Member Number is less than 6 digits, you must enter the leading zeroes to make it 6 digits. Example: If your account number is 12300, then enter it as 012300.

  • SECURITY CODE (Password) is the last 4 digits of the Primary Account Holder's Social Security number. Ex: 9876  Next, you will be prompted to create a new Logon ID and a new Security Code.

Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Logon ID and Security Code the next time you log on to Virtual Branch.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you input your account information incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of your account and you will need to contact the credit union to reset.

All members will receive a paper statement for November.

Dividends will be paid monthly in October, November, and December.
